7:30 am Opening Ceremony and
8:00 am 5K starts
* Cave 5K Run- Advanced, steep grades (certain areas restricted to walking) (Limited to first 250) No dogs allowed in cave route.”
* Trail 5K Run- Beginner to Advanced
* 1 Mile Walk- Beginner and Strollers
Shirts will be delivered to your facility and distributed by your facility champion, if registered by Aug 29th. After Aug 29th, shirts will be available onsite, but no guarantee on shirt size.
After the 5K families are encouraged to stay and enjoy the amenities of Natural Bridge Caverns activities at a discounted rate. Including historical and breathtaking underground tours of the Caverns and a 5,000 outdoor square-foot maze.
Adult Cave 5k $20.00, Adult 5K Trail Run $15.00, 1 Mile Run ( Stroller Friendly ) $15.00,
Youth (13-18 ) 5k Trial Run $10.00, Youth ( 13-18 ) 5K Trail Run and 1 Mile Run $10.00.
