I am excited to run this for the first time. This is such a worthy cause. Thank you for all you do PCC for LIFE! Love to run for life? Join in another one April 14th - 5k Run 4 Life see details here https://www.athleteguild.com/run4life2018/signup
Really enjoyed the out and back course. All self-contained on the property and you don't have to worry about traffic. Route has a few ups and downs but nothing drastic, making for a very enjoyable event. After event eats are always good.
I have run this one a couple of times. Love the course and the venue. Plus, the folks putting on the race are the best.

I highly appreciated the food and coffee and water before and after the race, the course, the fact we didn't have to deal with traffic or irate drivers, and that the course is relatively flat but with enough uphill and downhill to work a few different muscles. It is a wonderful cause, and I pray more folks discover this race this year.
This will be my 4th running of this race. I think I missed 1 year due to injury or being out of town (cannot recall). I love the race, the course, and the before / after things refreshments. Plus, it is for a great cause. 5 out of 5 stars.
